- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered two dozen balloons from Fulton Paper & Party Supplies days in advance. I called to cancel a dozen of balloons and as I spoke to a woman on the phone, she informed me that I would be able to receive a refund for the dozen of balloons that I no longer wanted. As I went to the shop to pick up the balloons, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that it was against store policy. Two associates insisted that I was wrong in this situation even though the woman I spoke to on the phone told me I could receive a refund and admitted she didn't check with store policy before speaking to me. I attempted to work with the staff at the Fulton Party Supplies by asking for store credit instead, and even then I was treated with disrespect as if I was not a customer. Instead of Fulton Paper & Party Supplies assisting me in the issue they caused, I was left offended and dissatisfied. The company broke their verbal agreement to me as a customer and in result I will never return to any Fulton Paper & Party Supplies.By Elizabeth Thorpe, July 25, 2017
