- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The concept of the " town " seems great, but it may or may not even happen. The sales team is misleading and the homes to be built are not worth $500k+. They cannot tell you the prices of the lots or prices per sq ft for the homes. Its all over the board. The project director is rude and unhelpful as well. Wonder if the builders are aware of this? Too many other developments to settle for a overpriced "town to be built ".By sara warne, December 29, 2016
